SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping Timeframe: All orders, domestic and international, will ship within 20 business days. It rarely, if ever, takes this long. Most items ship within a few days of purchase. In full disclosure, I suffer from chronic pain, and for that reason I build extra time into my shipping policy. By ordering, you agree to this policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICES:

We are only able to ship oil based perfumes (rollerballs) internationally. Orders for body mists or parfums cannot be fulfilled and will be canceled. We will try to reach outand find a solution prior to canceling, but if we cannot reach you, your order is subject to cancelation. If you have any special requests (such as a parfum strength perfume oil), please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Duties and Taxes: We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, VAT, and/or brokerage fees. These charges are recipient’s responsibility. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

International Shipping Cost: We are not able to offer free international shipping. International shipping will be priced based on actual cost.
